- BPSol provides Upfront Investment and sets up the plant
- BPSol signs a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with customer
- BPSol does Designing, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of the plant on the premises of the customer
- The customer pays per kWh of electricity
